    TYPES OF TRAINING (Prices)

PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT TRAINING ($450 A MONTH)
Performance Enhancement Training is a 6 day a week program for boys and girls that involve exercises and drills that train them to fire off using quick twitch muscle fibers. A series of plyometrics, position specific drills, and track work will be implemented on a daily basis to improve quickness, change of direction, and lateral movement. Resistance training using weights will improve strength, muscle density, and development, making our athletes more powerful and explosive at his or her sport.

ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE ($300 A MONTH)
Athletic Performance Training is a 3 day a week speed & conditioning program for boys and girls of all ages. Their quickness, change of direction, and lateral movement will be maximized through a series of drills put together daily by FUEL trainers.

PERSONAL TRAINING ($275 FOR 5 SESSIONS)
($500 FOR 10 SESSIONS), ($900 FOR 20 SESSIONS)

FUEL'S Personal Training Package is training for the everyday man and woman that's looking to achieve a certain fitness goal or weight.

BUDDY TRAINING ($450 FOR 5 SESSIONS) ($800 FOR 10 SESSIONS), ($1,500 FOR 20 SESSIONS)

FUEL'S Buddy Training Package allows clients to team up with a friend and get in shape together!.

*NOTE: Buddy sessions can not be split. Partners must workout together at the same time and day*

OFF-SEASON TRAINING ($2,500 A MONTH) 6 DAYS A WEEK
Off-season training is for professional athletes, concentrating on strength, speed and position specific training. Conditioning is a major aspect of the off-season workout.

FUEL DANCE ($360 A MONTH) 3 DAYS A WEEK
If your a junior high, high school, collegiate or professional dancer trying to take your skills to the next level, FUEL Dance is your answer! Learn the latest tecniques from FUEL's staff of pro dancers. From collegiate, NBA, NFL, MLB and AFL dance routines, FUEL Dance has it all!
